Outstanding service. They did a great job repairing my gear, nice and quick. Very friendly and down to earth. Really happy and will definitely use them again.
Just picked up my old bash-about Fender Tele from the shop as it needed a bit of TLC and re-adjusting/fine tuning neck etc and I have to say she now sounds absolutely amazing again.
I highly recommend Tamika and Barry from Toowoomba Music Repairs, my Tele deserves to be pampered by the best.
Guys, you've won yourselves a believer in your products & services.
Live long and prosper!
My favourite bass guitar urgently needed an input jack replaced. Tamika and Barry had it done same day (in fact, within 90 minutes!), and the bass is better than it ever was. These are locals who understand the meaning of service - professional, friendly, and obliging.
16/3/18: Needed work done on some inoperative tone controls earlier this week. As before, service from Tamika and Barry was friendly, professional, and honest. (In this case, it proved to be just a battery connection problem, and I was charged only a small service fee.) And these guys appreciate that no-one wants to be without their instrument for very long — I had my guitar back later the same day! TMR is most definitely the place for repairs in Toowoomba.
My 1979 Fender Jazz Bass (bought new from Owen Ray back in 1980) recently shed the Poly finish on the back of the neck and on the headstock. Made it very uncomfortable to play. Note the neck had been replaced in 1981 due to a neck fault (high neck / frets on D & G strings). Owen replaced the neck - original was Rosewood, new one Maple, was advised as living in Mt Isa at the time that Maple would be more stable in the heat). Took it in for Barry / Tamika to see what could be done. It was returned to me in as-new condition, absolutely ecstatic and very impressed! Recommended - 10/10! Thanks to you both!
Great service really friendly and very helpful. Expert advice. Cannot rate highly enough
