  Recently i having been seeing Alyssa from my Lymphatic Drainage massage and it has been a life saver. The difference from walking in to walking out is great. Thank you Alyssa highly recommend you.

  Alyssa has been my hairdresser since 2012. I didn’t have a regular hair dresser at the time and as luck would have it, Alyssa cut my hair that day. I remember thinking; this is exactly how my hair needs to be cut every time! …Here we are, 10 years later, and Alyssa is the only one I will let cut my hair. There was a brief period in time when I moved, and so did Alyssa. I didn’t know until after but we both moved to the same town! I can count on one hand how many times I’ve let someone else cut my hair and each time it has been a mistake. When I lived in VIC I would come home and get Alyssa to cut my hair. I don’t care where Alyssa decides to live, I would spend the money so I could get her to look after my hair. That is how much I trust this lady! As soon as I was engaged, the first booking I made was with Alyssa for all my pre-wedding treatments and locked her in for my wedding day stylist. I book all my hair cuts min. 6 months in advance to ensure Alyssa is available. Alyssa has a number of staff members who are great at what they do and her salon has been long-anticipated! I cannot recommend Sophrosyne Hair, Beauty and Nails enough! The consistency I have experienced over 10 years is almost unbelievable, when you meet Alyssa, you understand how she is so good at what she does. If Alyssa recommends something for me, I will always trust and listen to her. Sophrosyne is Toowoomba’s hidden gem whose shine and sparkle only gets brighter and brighter!

  Alyssa, Sym and Jayden are a warm welcoming bunch of ladies who will bend over backwards to get the job done right, the first time.
  Ease of parking and a friendly atmosphere make this my number one go to for nail extensions.
  I also love that they have created a family friendly salon.

  Alyssa is amazing. When Alyssa first started doing my hair it was damaged and a colour I was unhappy with. Over time Alyssa has brought my hair back to life and has the colour looking amazing. Very happy with the service and the environment.

  I could not recommend Alyssa enough. I’ve recently had some negative hair experiences and was nervous to get my hair done. It worked out better than I had hoped. I left feeling great. My hair is soft and silky after colouring. Alyssa was gentle on my hair, listened to what I wanted and knew how to make it happen. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and the free parking! Thank you.
