It included accommodation at the rear for Low's family. An adjacent building contained a butcher shop, general store and the Yandina Post Office. Coondalbour was built in 1889, by Anthony Street for Christina Low, the widow of James Low, who had died in 1883. Situated on the Low family property on Wharf St, it was demolished in the 1960s.
