  Pricey but worth the money. Cant wait to try everything in store, favourite so far is the smoked honey kabana. I go here now as the best eye fillets ive eaten on the coast at restaurants have said they source their meat from here.

  They have a special fridge devoted to dry aged beef. Looks incredible. The kind of meat where the edges have become crusted and the inside is tender, tender, tender. Bit of salt, pepper, oil, throw it on a barbecue with some rosemary and garlic. Don’t over think something like this. Maybe crack open a beer and discuss life with someone you love while the meat cooks. Bring up your hopes and dreams - this is the kind of meat you can set your next decade of life to. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. Share. Dance if you want, but when the meat is done you just need to tuck in with a knife and fork. Open some red wine and knowledgeably mention the nose of the wine. Swirl the glass. Tell your partner you love them. Later, if you can, ring up your parents and recommend they go to the butcher, too. You’ll miss them when they are gone
