  How refreshing it is to walk into a store and be served with enthusiasm and a smile. Not only did Devan know his products, his manner reflected his desire to help and dedication to his job.
  Because he made it a pleasant shopping experience, I will definitely make JB Hi Fi my first port of call, when I need anything electronic.

  Lots of consumer products. Some good prices. Especially when they have specials. Staff generally unhelpful , except the phone section. They are so much better than Telstra. The rest avoid you and are unexcited when you corner them. Research before you go.

  It's not a bad place to score a deal on something, especially with their additional warranty. I bought all my PC gaming peripherals from here and added the extra cover for 90% of it so if something breaks and it has insurance then I just walk in and ask for a replacement or something of equal price value. This came in handy for 2 of my items which has saved me roughly over $500. Their customer service is pretty good too, they're always positive and happy to help. However, it takes way too long for new stock to come in. I understand that we are in Australia but it's been months since the release of the new Corsair headsets and the specific type I'm chasing still hasn't arrived for them. Thus I give them a 3 star review. ????

  This place can be a bit chaotic pretty much always however I find the staff are helpful most times and occasionally they will go above and beyond. Something must be said about the courtesy of the security at this store they are always friendly and never pushy. Yep cool shop.

  The salesman went to great lengths to find the item we wanted (a camera). After he found it he suggested a cheap memory card that suited our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
  Also, the catalogue specials were very good value.
