Carolyn will facilitate a six week Perspective Enhancement group which is designed to help you better understand yourself and reach your goals. She was a founding member of the Ipswich Suicide Prevention and Awareness Network and facilitated Australia's first suicide bereavement retreat. She is now the founder of Perspective Enhancement Therapy which specialises in working on 4 key domains that enhance mental health and well-being.
