    The storage here is about as good as it gets and it's competitively priced (meaning, in reality, that it's cheaper than the rest). The units are easily accessed and spotlessly clean. The site is well thought out, well signposted and finding your way around is easy even if you have a tendency to get lost in something as small as a children's playground.

    Best of all the service from Mick and Malcolm can't be beaten. They are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and actually do go out of their way to both assist and to make you feel welcome.

    Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks, fellas.

    This very secure storage facility is without doubt the best we've used in Australia and we've had them in Perth, Melbourne and as far as Darwin. It's operated by friendly, efficient staff that really care. Nothing is a problem to these guys! A big plus is the ease of access and the cleanliness of the entire facility. Again it's the staff that make this place what it is!

    We have been using National Storage at Hervey Bay for three years now. We have always found Mick and Malcolm to be helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when we have a question or request. The security is good and access is easy to use. Would recommend National Storage at Hervey Bay to anyone needing a storage facility.
