I was blessed to come 2nd in the d'Arcy Doyle Art Awards 2010. With an oil painting titled "I thought it was too late" dedicated to my beautiful wife Marie. The prize was $3000 and I was honoured also to receive the same prize in 2007 with an acrylic painting titled "Still waters of restoration".
The 2009 d'Arcy Doyle Art Awards is a national competition held in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast.
