The Caravan Guys (Arundel)

Previously had great work done on our caravan ,so I had no hesitation in having The Caravan Guys fit an Electric Awning to my new baby, Toyota Hiace ready for Rolling Solo. Drew managed to track down a hard to get awning and arrange very prompt fitting. After a minor difficulty with the fitting, everything was sorted so quickly and efficiently, and my awning is amazing ! ! ! Making my solo travelling so much simpler. I'm ready next to upgrade my power system, but that can wait till after Christmas. I'll certainly be getting the Guys to help me with that too. Just Sooo happy with their service, and friendly professionalism.......Would highly recommend

We had extensive modifications made to our caravan using our basic ideas and the guys experience. Always kept in the loop and always invited into the workshop to see how things were going and discuss new options. Now that we are out on the road every single thing is working out brilliantly. The caravan and its set up so far appears bullet proof. We can't say enough good things about the guys at the shop. Very professional and friendly but at the same time humorous and good fun. The quality of the workmanship is second to none with works completed on time and within budget. We are pleased and proud to have known the guys and believe that we have forged the beginnings of a long friendship with them. Dealing with Jarrad and Craig has been a fantastic example of what customer service is all about. Just got our van back after a few warranty issues. The workmanship is first class and nothing was too much trouble.
They go above and beyond what one would expect.
As a result I have no hesitation in recommending this business for any type of caravan work. Their pricing is more than fair. Six star customer service!

The best customer service we have experienced in YEARS! We had our caravan serviced and raised by Jarrod and his team ,all done for very reasonable price ,fitted us in within a week and Jarrod even collected the van at our place to make it easier ...nothing but massive thumbs up ????????????????

Travelling Australia we needed to have our caravan serviced whilst around Brisbane. On ringing the Caravan Repair Shop they fitted us in at the business in Arundel. Jarrod, the proprietor, provided excellent customer service. In addition to the service we had some electrical issues which were dealt with efficiently and professionally, all at a very reasonable cost. Jarrod exceeded our expectations in terms of advise and workmanship. We cannot recommend this business highly enough.
