(February 17, 2019, 3:21 am)Absolutely amazing place to stay with kids. Weve been twice now and the food is amazing, the service is outstanding and everyone is happy and kind. They also remembered us from our last stay which was lovely. Walking distance to heaps of great things to do as a family- muddys, the aquarium, the night markets, the lagoon and the board walk. Highly recommend!!

(February 13, 2019, 1:37 am)Arrived early last Friday and was greeted by Kelly at the Front desk to check in, nothing was a problem, exemplary and professional service and an asset to the organisation. In fact the entire team at this fabulous hotel are to be commended. Rooms are immaculate with a great layout and ample amenities. The swimming pools are the best in Cairns and if you are after a treat, head up to Rocco for a beverage with an amazing view.
Well done team, I’ll be back in May. -

(February 8, 2019, 1:16 pm)Amazing location with beautiful views of the sea. Food at paper crane restaurant is great and customer service was great too. The chef came and asked how our food experience was which was a really nice. Price is reasonable for the type of fine dining. Definitely recommend as a place to go on special occasions.

(January 29, 2019, 10:01 am)Location this place is in an ideal location right on the esplanade and a 10-minute walk to the city centre thousand square metre swimming pool is Awesome on a hot day... excellent service the rooms are new modern and very neat just a wonderful place to stay the perfect place to relax... and the staff like to make you feel comfortable a couple of restaurants to choose from... Rocco's rooftop bar and also the street bar... looking forward to our next day ❤
