The butcher makes all his own pickled meats and small goods.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
And the owner really cares about his product.
I heard a story from my mothers friend about how there was a health scare with the water so the butcher had thrown out a whole lot of meat.
I figured while I was there I would ask him about it.
Turns out that he had thrown away $10,000 worth of meat just on the chance that it might be contaminated.
It turned out to be a false alarm, but he said he would rather were the cost than risk someone getting sick.
And to make sure that his meat is never going to be contaminated in the future he has had a few thousand dollars worth of filtration installed in the shop.
So I would suggest that if you live in Bundaberg go and give him a try you won't be disappointed ????????????????????????
