The deciduous trees are reportedly pruned before they enter their winter dormancy, and yield the family's 'Forbidden Figs' in the colder months. The Emerick business also grows summer-autumn outdoor fig trees, harvesting from its 10,000 fig trees in the conventional (December to May) season. The Emerick family produce year-round figs.

Our ready-to-eat fresh figs are available for export and domestic markets.
