Wow.... We went for the canon firing & we were not disappointed, they were loud & it was fabulous to see these in use, overall it is a great place full of history, wonderful characters & great photo opportunities.
Small national Park with some interesting old buildings. Good views up and down the river and good displays
Great historical fort with volunteers that will show you around with a happy smile
Great place to soak in an important part of Brisbane history. Well worth the visit.
Greg was an amusing and engaging Guide last Sunday at our first Fort Lytton visit. His knowledge of the Fort's and indeed, the prevailing State, National and International circumstances added depth and insight.
We had a totally lovely time and will recommend a Fort Lytton tour to others. We, also will be back for the firing of the canon. Julie and Peter Smith.
