Before the renovation, our washer and dryer were located in the basement. There isn't a laundry room down there; rather, it's as if a galley kitchen was planned, and at the last minute someone tucked a W/D hookup there and called it a day.
The room itself has been nicely decorated, was clean & smelt lovely! However, already knowing it was the smallest room the the property we were shocked at We got new towels and a new soap once from the little laundry room, that was a nice touch! Tropical Paradise room is the most private.
We're going into the little laundry room/mechanical. It's got a good furnace, good hot water heater. I'd say that there probably are some electrical things that need to be done; the box does look pretty good, but when we go into the other room, you'll see that they didn't finish the rehab.
