Hence, the adventure began! Alumi-Tec Inc. was incorporated in January 1989 with 12 standard size aluminum manifolds in stock. Alumi-Tec began acquiring good distributors and Alumi-Tec was on it's way! Unfortunately Martin J. Loftis, passed away unexpectedly in April 1990 and wasn't able to see the company grow to what it is today.
