  I have been a tenant with City Beach properties for the past two years. There was a complex maintenance issue which arose that I raised with their property manager Kylie McKinnon. She communicated promptly and professionally with myself, the landloard, several trades and body corporate in order to solve the issue. She was very solution-focused and pragmatic and managed to find a solution which was acceptable to all parties involved. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and would be my first choice to manage my own properties. I can't recommend her highly enough.

  City Beach Properties was always professional and prompt with all of our property management issues. They were particularly helpful with dealing with our insurance company to ensure we were not out of pocket after our tenant broke the lease. I would highly recommend them as a property manager. Friendly, professional and know their stuff!

  I found Linda at City Beach Properties absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my property. We had some hiccups my end, yet she was understanding and helpful throughout. Can't thank her enough. Extremely professional and caring at the same time. Thanks for everything.

  I have used Linda and City Beach properties to manage my property for over 7 years. During that time, Linda and her staff were always extremely professional, diligent and really looked after my property. Then it came time to sell my property and I engaged City Beach for this also. Linda sold the property within 1 month of listing. I am extremely happy with the result and cannot thank Linda and her team enough.
