(January 14, 2017, 6:51 am)Bought 3 toilets from here, and 2 of them broke in the first 3 months. Tried to get replacement parts (was happy to pay for them), went in there twice, was given incorrect information, and never received a call back. Ray does all he can to avoid doing work.
UPDATE: Brian saw my review and called me to resolve the issue. He was very helpful and was able to get the parts for me. While it did take some time and a poor review to get the issue resolved, the follow up was a pleasant surprise. We have had a lot of experience in dealing with similar business during the time we where building a new house and this is a better level of service than you get from other tile and bathroom suppliers (or any building material suppliers).
