The golden rule of fitness is to eat healthy fruits and vegetables, oats in breakfast, salad, beans, corns, juice, curd and eggs. The more you eat junk, the more you get prone to acute disorders and harm your body. Frequent outside eatings is like an invitation to health problems itself.
