(October 1, 2022, 12:44 am)This self-guided tour was fantastic! We really enjoyed learning about the opal mining at Lightning Ridge. The videos, textual information and photos were all very informative and gave a real insight into all aspects of the industry. We really enjoyed our experience.

(January 12, 2022, 4:03 pm)I throughly enjoyed this. Spent an hour underground exploring and watching the movies located in the mine. The shop / mine staff were great and very knowledgeable. Very willing to give information about the mine.
Please note that this is a self guided activity once in the mine. -
