  Dear Mr. Mullins,
  
  I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me and my partner for the multiple stays at the Quality Rules Club Hotel in wagga wagga.
  
  It was our 4th time here! We had multiple short stays. As the name implies QUALITY.
  
  Despite of the many offers we received from other compatitive hotels, we decided for your hotel because of multiple added value options offered.like fenced parking. New facility.club at walking distance.GYM VISIT.
  
  We are platinum plus.elite.diamond. mention it all at all the hotel chains you can think about. As we almost live literally in hotels due to work/academic commitment.
  
  It was a very good decision; We enjoyed the peace and quiet we needed, very high quality/cleanliness offered in all the facilities of your gorgeous small hotel.
  
  This definitely added to the excellent service of the welcoming staff at the receiption.
  
  Even though we didnot get our milk and water yesterday but at least we got the gym pass;)
  
  Pillows were not comfy but we had our own pillows with us so all good. Otherwise all good.
  
  Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive, kind and professional - receptionists-,
  
  ""**room service staff like an athletes; )shes wonderful.
  
  I just wanted to let you know how much we valued that effort when it comes to walk the extra mile accomodating & offering the late check out at 12 PM. Made my life much easier not rushing things.
  
  how impressive and gracious when staff can bend and accomodate the rules to suit their returned business regular clients.
  
  We have always a great time staying at Rules hotel rather than the mercure or mantra where we get 50%discount of food and lots of perks still we have chosen your hotel even with a higher rate. and loved the property&staff.
  
  We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends, work colleagues and family, and I’m sure we’ll be back.
  
  Very soon as we are very much traveling in and out wagga.
  
  We have already decided to return to your hotel for our next work conference already.
  
  I hope to get the same quality and arrangment of service when we return.

  Best place when it comes yo wagga stay . Convient location next yo the club . Great parking secure fenced security cameras ...most important freindly smikey great team of people as people make the place and their kind approch and hospitality. ...
  Unlike sone other places where you see a grummpy faces and they see you as $ dollar sign.with horrible service .... trust me tge best in wagga wagga ....clean rooms quick turn around if rooms . Stroll to the club... just the bedt in wagga no doubt. As i said not only 2 yesrs old building chilled airconditioning in hot regional area ... gym walking distance offered which is great ;) Good coffee beans quality. Friendly staffing

  This place is 10 out of 10. Great parking lot that locks at night, key card access only. The club adjacent makes dinner easy and sociable. Great wifi and T.V. The shower is the highlight, the bathroom in general is awesome. A spare powerpoint next to the bed - no need to unplug the alarm clock ????.

  Lovely clean room, good size showers. Bathroom doesnt get steamy and sticky when you shower and the aircon is great!

  Very new hotel in Wagga Wagga. Friendly staff and comfortable new rooms. Quite location.
  Breakfast next door at the club was good too, standard hot & cold options priced well.
  Night time drinks and club bistro options.

  Amazing hotel. I highly recommend it. Super high tech and clean. Easily the best chain I have ever stayed with and prices are amazing as well. Would highly recommend to get breakfast buffet as well as it is really worth the money.
