(January 30, 2019, 12:00 pm)An hour drive and you are at the beach not crowded like Bondi or any of the city beaches. Surf rescue and paramedics on site, caffe and icecream shop near the toilets and showers. Parking spaces limited to around 50 cars. As it is in a national park ranger will give you $12 daily ticket to be paid on line in two weeks.
Great surf if you are early enough and if not you can swim in between the flags until 3pm. After 3pm beach is not guarded. -
