I have been approved for a VR&E Educational plan as long as I complete an IEEP while at a local community college. The first time around while using my Post 9/11 GI Bill school didn't end very well. I'm guessing this is why they put me on an IEEP program so that they can monitor me at the community college to see if I can complete classes there ...
