Bangalay Dining hosted the South Coast Meat producers for a dinner last night. Head chef Brent Strong designed a menu which was demonstrated the use of nose to tail beef. The dinner was organised by Rob Stafford and attended by Mayor Amanda Findlay, councillor Nina Cheyne along with a number of local farmers and people connected to the industry.
