(February 15, 2019, 2:24 am)Massive thanks to Rich and the team for fitting us in last week before heading west for the weekend.
I got the curtesy car for the morning and when I headed back was told that a drive across state would not be safe on the brake pads we had, that were super worn.
Rich gave me the curtesy car over night and went in early to get them done for us before we needed to leave Friday morning.
Extremely impressed and very thankful for going above and beyond. -

(October 11, 2018, 9:44 am)Excellent experience today after I rang first up in the morning, dropped everything and rearranged their day to help out a new customer in a jam. Nothing was too much trouble, professional and friendly service from everyone. Upfront and honest with costing, excellent knowledge and advice.
Clean and tidy workshop and reception obvious pride in their work.
Being new to the area can make it hard to find a good mechanic where you are confident of best service best price and reliable.
Have made a long term customer here, great job guys. -

Always friendly, completely transparent in explaining work undertaken, and the cost is far less than that of a dealership service centre. Will not take my car anywhere else!

I was broken down in a town I was not familiar with, my car was not going anywhere at all and I made the call and was met by Leigh who is nothing short of amazing, she got as much info as possible in regards to my problem and made sure the parts were available right away for a quick repair. Richie is an absolute saint and I can't thank him enough for getting me back on the road!
Every single problem was discussed with me and explained to me in a way that I could easily understand what exactly was wrong with my car, no over-inflated prices and I was consulted with prior to every part being replaced. No surprises or anything just genuine and wonderful customer service with a personal focus to ensure that I was happy and looked after. I live in Cessnock and I refuse to take my car anywhere else now, it will be going back to Smart Torque for everything it needs. Car is running A1 now and I could not be happier. Thank you again guys!
