(December 27, 2018, 2:32 am)Excellent cardiologist but can't get an appointment because the receptionists don't answer the phone. Was left on hold on an answering machine today that gave no option to leave a message or get a call back for 1 hour and 8 minutes, with the recorded message telling me every few minutes "thank you for waiting, we won't be long now". I suspect his rooms are closed, but the receptionists didn't change the message on the answering machine. The message doesn't say when he is open and closed, and on 27 December 2018 I was left on hold from 1214pm to 122pm. Please call me back, my number will appear on your caller ID if someone is there. If not, please change the message.
