  Andrea was exceptional just now with my mum’s hair. She cannot stop jumping up and down in happiness and relief that someone understood her hair and knew instinctively what needed to be fixed. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere was tranquil, clean, professional and homey. Andrea put her at ease and was incredibly friendly. He transformed her hair which was badly styled and shaped into a style that she adored to have 20 years ago and that was exactly what she wanted. I cannot recommend this place more. We will be coming back for sure. Thanks Andrea, Happy Easter Everyone!

  A friend recently recommended Access Hair, Summer Hill to me and I'm so grateful. I've had 2 visits now and have been very happy both times. Gabi understands the frustrations I have with my hair and recommends great solutions for me with both the colour and the cut. She listens and makes great suggestions, which turn out to be awesome looks when finished! Steven is also really talented and creative - he suggested I have an undercut to tame my unruly hair and it's really helped. Customer service from all the staff is outstanding, with Steven even taking the time to walk me to my car under an umbrella to prevent me messing up my new hair! The basin chairs are the best too - no more sore neck! Prices are very reasonable for such great service and products. Thanks guys - see you again soon .. Kendra

  Nice salon, friendly staff, and good cuts. Has a casual atmosphere and is popular with people in the area.

  Steven is awesome. Best (and most reasonably priced) foils I’ve ever had. Didn’t try and sell me any product afterwards and was just really lovely. Thank you! Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
