Best&Less Head Office

I have a disabled daughter and to find clothes to fit her, she weighs 150kgs, is a challenge! Trying to find plain cotton underwear in her size has posed many problems in the past. She now needs size 28-32. I have looked in my local store at Carindale Old as I knew sizes up to 24 were stocked.
I have to congratulate you on the fact that you cater for larger sizes when much to my delight I found sizes 28-30. At the magnificent price of $6.00 a pair.
Thank you Best & Less you made my day and my daughters' she is now comfortable and I know that she will be catered for her clothing needs in the future from your wonderful realistic store. There are many ladies who need basic underwear in larger sizes, you have made this shopper very happy.

I would like to compliment Best and Less staff at 2 stores for their excellent and friendly customer service. My mother loves the Home Velour tea towels and loved a particular design that was old stock. I rang the stores in Cairns and the girls at the Cairns Central store managed to track these tea towels for me to the Casuarina store in the N.T. and I will be paying for them tomorrow Thursday 22/3/2018. Melissa at the Casuarina store also was very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to ask the girls if they could check other stores, they offered and I really am very appreciative and to be honest quite surprised. I was surprised because "above and beyond" customer service is very rarely experienced these days. I do hope that the 3 girls at Cairns Central, Macy, Jessie and Caroline and Melissa at the Casuarina store N.T. all receive high praise from Head Office for a job extremely well done. I really appreciated their excellent customer service along with their friendly and cheerful attitude. You should be very proud of these girls and I really do hope that they receive notification of their great work. Many thanks girls and Best and Less.
