Our favourite camp place. Great for kids and lots of animals to spot.

Beautiful and peaceful spot for a family or a couple to spend quality time together. We come here as often as possible as it is a gorgeous place to relax and take in the quiet.

This is a stunning spot to camp. Very close to the river for swims however, be prepared to pay.

    • $12.00 per adult per night
    • kids 5 years and over are $6.00 per night.

There are fines involved for not paying and rangers swing by regularly to enforce this. There are toilet facilities but no showers so be prepared to grab river water and have a refreshing bathe.. or not. Up to you.

Over all, the spot is amazing and great for kids and adults alike.

Camp Fees are double other places and it’s not clear why?? :-( The drive from Barrington Tops is spectacular and the drive up the mountain is great except we experienced cloud from the lookout on the day. They have also blocked the track to the river :-( I would recommend a day trip vs staying overnight.
