I have found that Sam is always consistently quick to serve his customers at a moments notice. The Food is always fresh, plus a decent potion is served to meet your hearts desire, but its not too heavy either. Service with a smile and friendly conversation. The prices are always affordable compared to other local cafes within a 5 kilometer radius.
If you are looking for a quick stop off for a refreshment or a bite to eat,
I recommend I AM SAM Cafe.
You gotta try his Smash Avo & Fetta. It certainly goes off on your taste buds with a twist of lemon on top and cracked pepper.
His Omelette, which is not on his specials menu board, which is certainly Special. It should be on his specials board. Not to mention his Beef Burger. Just Go in and ask and see for yourself!!
There is also Street Parking near by as well, either on Denison Road or on Constitution Rd. -

(February 16, 2018, 12:27 am)Not far away from Arlington light rail station, a great place to get a cup of coffee on the way to work. The shop space is fresh-air opened and it's nice to sit down to have a breakkie or light meal. The food is fresh. Happy to visit the lovely place again.
