Simon Leong said.... hi tina, with two other stomachs in the entourage it was all achievable. i'm still wanting to try the other dishes now. hi miss kimbers, it's the first salted caramel shake i've ever tried, or come across for that matter. thankfully it was too salty :-) a glass tumbler would have been nice — good suggestion although i suspect it would mean more washing up for the kitchen.
Occupying an industrial chic space in Surry Hills, Reuben Hills does so many things right - from the head-turning spacious interiors to the boutique micro roastery on the upper level. They showcase the coffee in their café on the lower level but if you want the complete experience turn up on a Saturday at 10am for their public cupping/tasting.
Brunching at Reuben Hills! They were lots of people but luckily the wait was not too long (was told there was a 20mins wait but we were shown the table in 5mins!).
Speaking of unconventional, if you are looking for a café that's just different, then Reuben Hills in Surry Hills is a great place to try. I've been a few times for breakfast and brunch, though be warned - the later you go, the greater the chances you won't get a seat.
Reuben Hills is hard to beat when it comes to specialty coffee in Sydney. The large, two-floor space is decked out with the finest equipment, as they roast their beans on the premises. The all-day brunch menu spans the coffee's origins, and includes fried chicken, tacos, baleadas and salted caramel ...

When the cart closes in a month or two, the space it occupies at 5 Martin Place will open as the newest project from the team behind Reuben Hills and Paramount Coffee Project (PCP). "It's called Hills Bros. It will have a fair influence from Reuben Hills but it will be a new venture," says ...
Reuben Hills 61 Albion Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 電話:02 9211 5556 . 咖啡店在悉尼到處可見,但要找水準特別出色的咖啡店可不是唾手可得。咖啡店客人多不代表它的食物好吃,沒有人介紹過的店子也不代表咖啡店不好。
Reuben Hills: the early bird catches the worm Morning rays of sun heating up the frigid air, sleepy smiles and empty hallways ( which would possibly be cramped and overcrowded in a few hours ) and that lingering smell of freshly drawn coffee.
When Russell Beard sold The Source in Mosman and opened Reuben Hills in 2012, he wanted to make coffee approachable to anyone who was interested in learning. Downstairs, among exposed cement walls and long tables, various filters and brewing tools litter the benchtops.
