  What a wonderful little shop in a top location. This fromagerie is wonderful with an excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. I was able to give the assistant my desires from a cheese and she was able to put me on to some cheeses that fit the bill to a tee. I highly recommend adding this shop to your stops on the Pacific Highway.

  Completed the soft cheese and yogurt making course today and it was fantastic. Lyndall was happy to share her knowledge and love of cheese and good food. Best part is I can take all these skills home with me and make good quality dairy products that are beautiful and fresh. We made part of our lunch, which was devine, as well as had a little take home bag of cheeses ready to eat.
  
  If you are a dairyoholic or want to make good quality, nasty free food, I would recommend this course. I will be doing another course next time I'm staying in Coffs!

  I did a cheese class today and it was fantastic!! Such a wonderful relaxing class and Lyndall is very friendly, approachable and really knows her cheese! Ignore the one star rating below, head over and see all the fantastic reviews on trip advisor...better yet head in and check it out for yourself! I learnt SO much today, skills and receipes i will keep with me forever. TOTALLY recommend to others that love cheese, do youself a favour and book in for the whole day workshop! Thank you Lyndall and Mel for a fantastic day
