(February 2, 2019, 7:57 am)Fantastic service. They were able to rebook my room after an emergency at home and I needed to leave halfway. A little confusing to get around if you're not the best at directions. Really beautiful area and highly recommend. Best staff ????

Facilities and grounds are lovely and well maintained. 3 pools to choose from, tennis courts, basketball court perfect for my kids. Small walk to the beach. Close by to shops. Car recommended to get around coffs harbour.

(November 18, 2018, 2:08 am)Very dated, no elevator for upper terrace floors. Would have been handy to know when booking. View was marvelous, garden and ocean. More info on check in is warranted as we didn't know what we were allowed to have access to. Staff ????
