  Two years ago I had never heard about Bowen, at first I was a bit reluctant, I did not understand how Susan could help me. But it really surprised me, it works! I have noticed a great improvement with my sciatica and my back. Even with anxiety and sadness, she helps relieve the feelings with Bowen. It's for all of these reasons I have introduced Bowen into my life, where it helps me to be in balance with myself - physically and mentally. At the end, everything is connected. Thanks, Susan, for your help!!!! See you soon.

  I highly recommend Sue as a Bowen therapist. My 4 yr old son and myself have both had treatments with Sue. Seemingly subtle, it nonetheless works in a very powerful way to promote a sense of clarity, well being and calm. Children seem to respond really well to the treatments and my son has asked me to "massage him like Sue does"...he seems to drop into a deeply relaxed state when she is working on him.

  My Mother has Parkinson's and Dementia, I was wanting to try and improve her quality of life. I saw an ad for Bowen Therapy and gave Susan a call. I had never heard of Balancing Act Therapies, but decided to try it out. Susan was extremely helpful and offered to come to out home. It made it easier for my mother being wheelchair bound.
  She worked around her sitting in the recliner and after 30 minutes her contracted wrist straightened out and pain reduced. Also movement in her legs improved and has helped with her digestion of food. She always seems to pick up a few days later after each meeting.
  Susan is very calming, down to earth and a lovely sense of humour. She has wonderful communication skills with my mother, having dementia and she now looks forward to Susan's visit's. We have been seeing Susan for six months every two weeks and highly recommend her knowledge and experience to anyone in the same situation as us. We will continue to see her in the future. She is helping her quality of life and that's what I had hoped for her.

  My daughter of 10 years and myself both LOVE Bowen with Susan. She is great to talk to and love her down to earth personality with a great sense of humor. The Bowen speaks for itself, my daughter's sinus is practically gone now. Any ailment, I go to Susan. So gentle on the body yet so powerful! Love this!!

  Sue's Bowen therapy is calming, nurturing, and healing both physically and emotionally. I find the sessions are relaxing, educational, and even fun. By the end of each treatment, I am always feeling better, and over a few sessions, my chronic conditions show marked improvement, and there is always the dividend of addressing current smaller imbalances. I highly recommend giving Sue's Bowen therapy a shot for both minor and serious conditions.
