Having grown up on cumin lamb skewers from Chinese street vendors, I was very excited to relive my childhood at Lamb & Cumin. Got their signature lamb skewers - 5 for $8. Not bad value and definitely moreish. Love the cumin and chilli salt which you can use according to your liking. The lamb is pretty tender, although some bits were a bit fatty.

The namesake of this venue is a hot item for good reason. The lamb is skewered and grilled over white hot charcoal untill the caps of fat are rendered down like slices of butter in between the meat.
