Planning Proposal (PP028) seeks to rezone land owned by the Halloran Trust (Sealark Pty Ltd) in Callala Bay, Wollumboola and Kinghorne, consistent with strategic growth plans (e.g. Jervis Bay Settlement Strategy (JBSS) 2003). The majority of the subject land (517 ha) is proposed to be rezoned for environmental conservation and addition to Jervis Bay National Park.
