• He arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm the appointment.
• The task of cleaning the gutters (which had not been cleaned in years) took around 30 minutes.
• At the end, Grahame took the time to comment on the overall condition of the roof and gutters, as well as provide us with some helpful maintenance advice.
• By the end of the business day, we received a written report including before-and-after pictures.
