I’ve been attending F45 Edgeworth for over a year now and love that the gym is conveniently close to home and there is ample parking! Each session is a great workout, different to the next and you leave feeling on top of the world knowing you have conquered the session! The trainers are knowledgeable, fun and motivating. Class times are convenient and 7 days a week!
F45 is part of my daily routine. The trainers are welcoming, supportive and accommodating for everyone's fitness levels. The atmosphere is amazing and I leave each session knowing I've put in my best effort thanks to the trainers and the members
I love F45 Edgeworth. The new owners certainly have delivered with an awesome new vibe! And a clean and fresh gym to train in. Trainers are welcoming and supportive of everyone no matter of fitness levels or goals. DJ on Saturdays is awesome, the beats certainly help you get through a killer Hollywood session. I recommend this gym to everyone. Doesn’t disappoint!
I live in Cameron Park and this gym is the perfect distance from my house. I attended the 2-week trial back in Jan 2019 but never signed up. Since the new owners moved in (Oct 2019) there is new vibe that is energetic and fun. There is great potential for this gym. I love attending the classes mainly because I go at my own pace, but the trainers are great and they encourage and push you to go that extra mile. My husband and I are both members. No regrets.
The new owners are very passionate about everything fitness! F45 Edgeworth has been taken to a whole new level in Atmosphere, good vibes, professional, driven team of trainers and you instantly feel welcomed to the community :)
