I have professional training in Somatic Psychotherapy and have completed various other related workshop trainings along the way. I believe in the integration of body, mind and emotions to foster healing. I aim to help clients uncover patterns and core beliefs and create space for change.

Mindfulness is a mind state achieved when we turn inward , often with eyes closed, and focus only on the present moment. We allow for any thoughts, emotions or body sensations to be noticed as they arise, and then let go with a kind acceptance.
