  Super detailed, thorough and followed up with a conversation to explain the findings in plain English.
  My partner and I had two inspections done one by Grant and the other by Leighton and walked away with all the details needed to purchase our dream home!
  They are quick, efficient and have insane value for money, cannot recommend any higher!

  Grant did a fantastic job of my building and pest (B&P) inspection in Carrington. He has vast experience and knowledge of the old houses in the area and took the time to talk me through options for how to fix parts of the house which was very reassuring as a first home buyer with little building experience. Grant was open to answering my numerous questions about how you might go about fixing parts of the house and what each option might cost - I highly recommend anyone getting a building and pest inspection to go along to the appointment and "pick the brain" of these experienced building inspectors because they are a wealth of knowledge. Grant gave me confidence in buying our dream house despite it being over 100 years old and needing a few things fixed, his experience and willingness to answer all my questions was exactly what I wanted, not to mention he took the time to do a thorough job and picked up many more things (good and bad) that the vendor's original B&P report had not identified. He included photos in his report which is helpful and made comments throughout. Highly recommend.
