  Very fresh ingredients and the food is cooked very well. They used to be in ashfield and moved to five Dock. Clearly the owner is doing something right because he's been in the business for so long now. This is going to be one of my regular places because of the quality and freshness of the food.

  Without a doubt William and his team at Simply the Best is the number one Viet/Chinese restaurant in Sydney. Consistently top quality food at its best. Fresh ingredients used to make truly authentic Asian cuisine! William with his quirky sense of humor makes for a sensational night of dining with lots of laughs.
  10/10 for amazing food. 10/10 for excellent service. 10/10 for value. 10/10 for Ambiance
  Why would you go elsewhere when you have William and his SENSATIONAL restaurant who’s so passionate about his trade.
  Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND and DEFINITELY return over and over

  My friend took me to this lovely restaurant, the owner William is so lovely , sweet, and funny. The food is simply the best :) Yummy and delicious, would definitely go back, very reasonable price too!

  Food is reasonable. But restaurant itself is on a poor state, very needy with boxes of supplies lying around and it all looks a bit shabby. A small amount of money to clean up and put on a new coat of paint is needed.William is a very welcoming owner and is very friendly. He needs to stop the smokers smoking in the back area as this is also off- putting.
  I have been here many times but it is not going to keep getting my business unless there is a good clean up soon.
