Few people deserve the label 'larger-than-life' more than artist Jack Absalom, a South Australian wanderer who learned bush skills from Indigenous people on the Nullarbor Plain as a child, before making Broken Hill his home for the last 70 years of his life.

Great speaking to teh artist. a gallery with paintings, many large, of the outback by local artists Jack Absalom. There are mainly from the local area, South & Western Australia. Many of his paintings depict activities such as cattle mustering, kangaroo shooters & night time camp scenes. His art is very interesting.
