    I found the experience extremely rewarding. With Jess's guidance we were able to pinpoint reasons I could relate too which have been preventing me from living my life to its fullest.     I went to see Jess about 7 months after I initially broke my knee, I had been in physiotherapy for months after 2 surgeries. I found Jess to be really professional yet warm and friendly, this session really helped me to think of other factors that might be affecting my injury, not just the physical injury itself.
    I would highly recommend Jess to anyone that is interested in finding out more about Kinesiology.
