    Started going to the gym from the second week of December 2018. Had a break for about a week and a half due to Christmas and New Year holidays. Resumed workout from the 7th of January 2019. Have to be honest, I have missed 2 days since then. Been strict on the diet and exercise routine provided by the instructors.
    Just a couple of my previous and current stats:
    Started off with a weight of 70 kgs and 36 inches of belly (Jan 7th). Measured this morning, weight - 65.7 kgs and 33 inches of belly ????????????
    Am I excited to push hard or what?
    Oh! yeah, haven't mentioned the increase in muscles and cardio strength ????????????
    Thank you #efmfitnessburwood and the amazing instructors Saroj Pandey and Kshitiz Khadka. Thank you to Manish Giri as well for popping up now and then and inspiring to push the limit.

    A really great gym! Each day is a workout to challenge you.. no two days are the same.
    I also have ongoing knee issues and the trainer always gives me alternative excercises, which is very helpful. This gym has a personalised touch and isnt a big confusing gym where you feel lost what to do. Come check it out!

    extra ordinary trainer
    sufficient equipment
    Maintain healthy environment

    Great variety of workouts and friendly environment. Kshitiz is an amazing trainer who really pushes you to challenge yourself and helps you with correcting your technique. Highly recommend
