Franki is exhibiting in the Nishi Gallery's Patterns of Now exhibition and has a live studio outside A. Baker.The studio shows her layered, textural artworks in situ. Having recently explored the application of small, repeatable images in her work, Sparke will further delve into this as a response to the festival's theme - Patterns of Now.
Franki Sparke is a printmaker and works with woodblocks, stamps and stencils. Franki's illustrations have won awards both locally and internationally, and has been exhibited in Italy at the Bologna Children's Book Fair and the Diocesan Museum of Padua.
