  Stayed at Garden Villas. Very clean and well maintained. Have own parking spot. It is small but comfortable and cosy. Lots of facilities available, especially great for kids.

  Best facilities I've experienced in a long time. Caravan site is drive through, level and water/power very close. Bathrooms brand new and clean. Can highly recommend

  We are a family of 5 and stayed in a garden villa for 5 nights to attend Summernats. We turned up on a near 40 degree day, and the air conditioner wasn't working, and there was no hot water. They had put a portable air con in as a replacement which did absolutely nothing. After a few discussions, we got moved to another villa the following day. The remainder of our stay was fantastic. The pool was a hit with the kids and adults, the food from the restaurant was great, and we had our room serviced twice during our stay. Plenty of car parking, for both cars and trailers, and great sitting and barbecue areas, as well as outdoor games for the whole family. Location is perfect, close to main motorways to get you into the city, or out of town.

  We are currently on our second visit to Alivio & we absolutely love it here. Such a beautiful park and the staff are equally as beautiful. Very family orientated. The pool & spa were a massive hit with our kids, the playgrounds are awesome, BBQS kept clean & the cabins are amazing. We are already planning our next trip. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
