  Nikki is absolutely wonderful to work with as she made selling our house such a breeze! We were new to selling house and had heard horror stories from friends about some manipulative agents. Nikki was professional and personal—she made us feel comfortable and helped us at every step of the process by explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand from the word go.   This is my second dealing with Hive, the first was purchasing our property of which Tom was the agent. Dealing with Tom was great - clear, straightforward and honest the opposite of what we had found to be typical of other agents. Based on that it was a very easy decision to go with Hive when it came time to rent the same property. As we were doing this at the same time as an overseas move we really appreciated the work Kerri and Meg did to get our property cleaned, advertised and rented within two weeks taking any stress out of the process. Would definitely recommend, the team does what they say, when they say and to a high standard - if you're tired of dealing with agents who act like reptiles then it's time to give the team at Hive a call.

  Hassle-Free and Quick Results
  
  We have just recently handed over our property to Kerri and Meg to rent. In short, the process was amazing!
  
  Kerri came through the property once, and had a plan back to me the next day. She took care of all of the property maintenance activities required to present a new home with no fuss.
  
  Meg then ran 2 open homes in the first week, identified tenants and had them moving in 2 weeks later. They both have kept me updated throughout the process and have been great to work with - looking forward to working with them into the future as well!
  
  Would highly recommend HIVE if you want a professional organisation taking the hassle out of your property needs.

  Best Agent I have ever met
  Steve he is very professional, passionate, polite, positive, perfect real state I have ever met. He really try hard for his client at his best shot that I have been experienced . His best bit always been positive. Excellent communication obviously. I will recommend if you try to sell property he is the guys who guide you till the end. He will be honest with you what you can achieve and he guide you to get your target. Lastly I wanted to say a big thank you to Steve .

  We met Clarissa Aitken when viewing a property for purchase. Right from the start she was so friendly and helpful and happy to answer our many queries about the property. She wears her ethics on her shirt sleeve for all to see and they are admirable. Clarissa's ability to balance her commitment to a vendor to get the very best price and to support the buyer to a successful purchase were so impressive we decided to use her as our selling agent as we needed to sell a property quickly to be able to complete the purchase. And then Clarissa went the extra mile! Trying to sell across a holiday period when most real estate activity comes to a halt, was a bit tricky, but not with Clarissa in charge. She got those photos done and the paperwork pushed through. The property went on the market on Saturday and sold on Tuesday afternoon - all due to Clarissa's extraordinary efforts. We couldn't be happier with her work. Thanks Clarissa.
