I am committed to engaging with you to get the results that you desire. My background is in traditional health settings and complementary practices including managing a day spa. I am most excited about the Spinal Flow Technique which is hugely beneficial for those who really want to enhance health and wellbeing with this gentle but effective technique. Other modalities offered are beauty therapy, clinical aromatherapy, reiki and coaching.
Having been diagnosed with type one diabetes at the age of five, I understand the challenges that people like you can experience. However focusing on what can be healed to move forward physically and emotionally is my focus for myself and those I work with.
